Our program follows a model that teaches young children how to learn, while providing the foundations of literacy and language.

Children are grouped into small classes by both ability and age. Each month a book is chosen based on appropriate vocabulary, syntax, and content. The class works through the thematic unit incorporating the lessons for vocabulary, syntax, cognitive activities, and early math.

Daily Schedule

  1. Read thematic book as a class

  2. Vocabulary

  3. Syntax

  4. Snack

  5. Cognitive activities

  6. Early math and the language of math

During class hours, each child receives one-on-one therapy to work on their specific goals and objectives for appropriate intervention. Each child is also tested at the conclusion of thematic units to determine academic retention and progress.
